- Client
- The Press Room
The Press Room sells prints, posters, and objects made from a private archive of vintage cinema letterpress printing plates — the physical blocks that promoted films during Hollywood’s exhibition era.

Building the store
- Full e-commerce site design and Webflow build
- Product photography art direction
- CMS architecture for managing a deep, growing catalog
Letting the plates speak
- Warm paper tones and restrained typography that don’t compete with the plates
- No algorithmic product recommendations: the archive is a collection, not a feed
- Checkout built for one-time and gift purchases, not subscription retention

How it runs
The Press Room team updates product listings, adds new plates, and processes orders through Webflow’s CMS without developer involvement. The site is still running.
